Copyright & Usage Policy for Original Artwork and Fine Art Prints
All artwork created by Studio Zabo including original paintings, handmade mixed media works, and fine art prints—is protected by international copyright law and remains the sole intellectual property of the artist.
🔒 Copyright Ownership
The copyright of all visual works remains with the artist at all times. This includes, the right to control of reproduction, distribution, display, and derivative use of the artwork in both physical and digital formats.
🚫 Strict Prohibition of Online Use and Distribution

The unauthorized uploading, reproduction, sale, or redistribution of any artwork across websites, social media platforms, digital marketplaces, or online galleries is strictly prohibited.

The artist does not permit their work to be used in digital content, including NFTs, AI training, digital advertisements, promotional assets, or editorial design.

This includes scanning, photographing, or digitally altering any portion of the work for sharing online or commercial use.
- Important Notice Regarding NFTs
Studio Zabo is not involved in the creation, sale, or distribution of any NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Any digital assets or NFT listings claiming to represent Studio Zabo's artwork are unauthorized and have been created without our permission.
We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously. If you come across any NFT or digital asset using Studio Zabo’s name or artwork, please be advised that it is not affiliated with us in any way and may constitute copyright infringement.

✍️ No Tracing, Editing, or Digital Manipulation

Tracing or redrawing the artwork—either manually or digitally—is strictly forbidden. This includes using editing applications like Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, or other digital manipulation tools to alter, color-pick, modify, or replicate any part of the work.

The use of touch-up or enhancement apps to repurpose, remix, or reinterpret the original visual language of the artwork is considered a violation of copyright and artistic integrity.

No derivative works may be created based on the artist’s original imagery, textures, composition, or visual marks.
- Original works and prints may not be scanned, photographed, or digitized for online use or resale under any circumstances.
🖼️ Physical Ownership vs. Copyright
Ownership of a physical artwork or print does not grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, display publicly online, or sell the image in any format. The artwork is to be enjoyed in its original form as intended by the artist.
📦 Print Protection & Authenticity

Each print is produced with care and intention by the artist, using archival materials and often in strictly limited editions.

Prints and originals may not be copied, digitized, or reprinted for any personal or commercial use by collectors or third parties.
